The Billboard Project

The billboard project is a public art project, paritially funded by the City of Chico. It consists of four billboards in and around Chico, displaying the work of four different photographers examining place and identity in Chico. The other three photographers in the project are: Byron Wolfe, Charlie Osborn and Jason Halley.
